Doreen takes a hair color approach to managing texture, much like a hair colorist manages hair color. With a varied industry experience of over 25 years, Doreen is a licensed hairdresser who has held roles as a salon stylist and colorist, beauty store manager, distributor, platform artist, international educator, salon owner, and manufacturer.

Doreen's work has appeared in national consumer publications and on television, and she has done the hair for New York Fashion Week, working with designers such as Way Zen for JSong, Carolina Herrera for CH Carolina, and Indashio. Doreen shares her time creating products and techniques for professional hairdressers and providing education on American Culture brands nationally and internationally.

In addition to her leadership and spokesperson role within American Culture, Doreen runs a successful salon in New York, appropriately named The Look Spa Salon, an American Culture Premiere Institute, where she works with her clientele every day.

How to use:

Step 1: Apply Pure NV Balancing Shampoo to your wet scalp and hair. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.

Step 2: Apply Pure NV Balancing Conditioner to the ends of your hair after shampooing. Let it sit for 30 seconds, or longer if you want a deeper conditioning treatment, then rinse.

Step 3: Dry your hair however you prefer, and enjoy the clean lavender-infused scent and healthy look.

If you shampoo and condition as directed, 3-4 times per week (more or less based on individual needs), you will start to see results within a week on average. For some, it may take up to 2 weeks to see results, as your scalp may need time to find its balance.
